George Greaves is the Founder of Limitless CIC and a leading voice in inclusive employment and skills development. With over a decade of experience delivering social impact programmes, he has worked across sectors to create opportunities for marginalised communities – from apprenticeships and youth employment to regeneration and police DEI reform.
George draws on his lived experience to inspire others. Expelled from school at 14 and caught up in the criminal justice system, his life changed direction when he was signposted to a traineeship. This led to an apprenticeship, and eventually becoming the youngest-ever senior manager at Newham College. Now a social entrepreneur, George champions the values of Limitless CIC: that by helping one person realise their potential, you unlock the power for them to uplift many more.
